As a Customer Support Associate in the Voice Process team, you’ll be the first point of contact for Amazon’s customers. Your job will be to resolve queries professionally over phone calls, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This position demand strong communication skills, patience, and a customer first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customer calls and provide clear, helpful solution
Address complaints or issues quickly with professional
Ensure every interaction meets Amazon’s high customer service standard
Follow guidelines and company protocols (SOPs)
Work in night shifts and rotational schedules as required
Apply logical thinking to resolve customer challenges
Remote Job Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduation or higher preferred)
Strong spoken English is mandatory
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in customer service or BPO
Must reside in one of the eligible states: Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, Telangana, Karnataka, Punjab
Comfortable with night shifts and flexible work schedules
Own a laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone
Reliable internet connection (minimum speed 100 Mbps)
