🧑💻 Job Role: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
📍 Work Location: Remote (Base location: Malad, Mumbai)
🕒 Shifts: Rotational (24×7)
📆 Working Days: 5 days a week

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates: Freshers with excellent spoken English can apply.
Undergraduates: Must have at least 6 months of experience in a voice process (international or domestic).
English Communication: Excellent verbal skills are a must.
Technical Setup: A laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection is required.
Location Requirement: Candidates must be located in or around Mumbai only.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls for a leading global financial services client.
Provide clear, prompt, and accurate responses to customer queries.
Ensure process compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
Deliver a positive customer experience while working in a fully remote setup.
Assessment Criteria
B2 Score: 65
Spoken English + Grammar: 100
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
Behavioral Aptitude (BA): 24
Agreeableness & Conscientiousness: Minimum score of 20 each
Additional Information:
All shortlisted candidates must undergo a mandatory drug test before onboarding.
