Job Description:
TCS is currently Hiring a skilled and motivated SAP Basis Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune. SAP Basis Jobs, The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in SAP technologies and possess a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.

Must-Have:
Installation and maintenance of various SAP products.
Ability to implement management techniques, table partition, compression techniques and SQL performance optimization.
Should have worked on OS/DB migration.
Participate in planning and upgrade of SAP systems.
Perform SAP refresh activities.
Maintain the integrity of SAP environment by managing CTS.
Apply Support packs and perform kernel upgrade.
Should have knowledge of backup/recovery tools.
Distribute the SAP user workload and monitor and manage the SAP background job workload.
Maintain performance of SAP systems by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies
Perform health check of all SAP systems.
Perform SAP client administration (create/copy/delete) as required.
Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
Provide expertise in SAP Basic modules, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of SAP solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP processes.
Resolve issues and troubleshoot SAP-related problems to ensure optimal system performance.
Keep abreast of SAP updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SAP consultant with a focus on SAP Basic modules.
Strong understanding of SAP best practices and the ability to apply them in a business context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in SAP modules is a plus.
