Location: Work From Home
Role: Customer Support Executive (Zomato Chat Process)
Eligibility: 12th Pass/Graduates Eligible (Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
6 Days Working Rotational Shift Laptop Required
Salary: Up to 16,000/- CTC + Quarterly Bonus Rs.3,894/-

Scope of Work: As a Zomato Customer Care Executive, you will handle all voice calls from ZOMATO Delivery partners. Fluency in both Hindi and English is required.

Screening Rounds:

1. HR Round
2. Voice Versant test Level 4 Minimum
3. Operations Interview

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass/Graduates Eligible (Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
• Good communication in English

Additional Details:

1. Fresher & Experience / Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
2. Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 Months of post-training documented experience in any customer service role.
3. Males and Females should be comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
4. Six days working with rotational off.
5. Immediate joining.
6. Training is paid and mandatory to clear certification post-training.
7. Candidates must have their own device Laptop/PC with Windows 10 Pro & Wi-Fi.
